Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During new collection drops, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your order.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing for international orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
TAYLA INC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
TAYLA INC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to have the package resent.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, TAYLA INC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please:
- Check around your delivery location and with neighbors
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- File a claim with the carrier if necessary
